Constellations

Since ancient times, man has imagined shapes in the stars. Guide navigators, guide in plantations, create mythologies, mystical rituals, bring hopes and omens to poets and dreamers, these are some of the functions of the stars. The shapes and lines helped us to draw with our imagination, make associations and create symbolic images. The Cosmographs series is composed of 23 calligrams that represent what is conventionally called a constellation. The poems for each drawing were written from the influence and observation of these stars.
